Deluxe queen room with comfortable pillow top mattress, dresser, for instance. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location for visiting cafes and restaurants.

Excellent food, great service. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room. Marvellous location just off restaurants and shopping and theaters and malls and Nanaimo after a long journey from Montreal, and reasonably spacious and brand-new room. Also, outside of downtown core.

For the weary traveler looking for comfort
I stayed here with my dog while visiting friends not long ago and let me tell you the staff were cute They went out of their way to make sure my dog was comfortable too like pulling in the resident front desk dog when mine was being grumpy
It was not exactly cheap but I think worth it

Nice hotel with friendly staff
The hotel has a quaint Victorian appearance, although the decor can feel a bit cluttered. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep, but I did notice some noise from the floors above me . It was a good experience for the price.
